Busbridge St John was formerly in the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which, until the 19th century, had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Godalming St Peter and St Paul and became a separate ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England in 1865. St John's in now in the United Beneficean united benefice is a union of two or more Church of England parishes which remain distinct legal entities but share an Incumbant of Busbridge and Hambledon

WSFHS CD15(Surrey Baptisms Not in the IGI) has Baptismal records for
WSFHS CD30(Ancient Parishes in the Guildford district) has baptismal records for Godalming St Peter and St Paul for 1582-1840, Marriages for 1583-1837 and Burials for 1583-1840.

The Guildford Diocesan Record Office, where you should find any surviving parish registers, is the Surrey History Centre.
Busbridge is in the (civil) parisha Civil Parish is the bottom most tier of local government in England Sometimes called Town Councils in urban areas

[NB Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have different systems of local government]
of Godalming in the Waverley district of Surrey.
