St George's church was built ca 1892 and closed in 1967. It was at the junction of St George's Road and Knoll Road. The site is now a car park and offices.
St George's was a daughter church to St Michael's church. West Surrey Family History Society CD10(Surrey Burial Index) has burial records for Camberley St Michael from 1851-1865 and 1875-1903. WSFHS CD24(A 2nd Collection of Surrey Baptisms) has Baptismal records for the Royal Military College from 1813-76. WSFHS CD29(A 2nd Collection of Metropolitan Surrey Burials (including some rural parishes) has Burial records for the Royal Military College from 1829-1877. The Guildford Diocesan Record Office, where you should find any surviving registers for this parish, is the Surrey History Centre. The site of the former St George's church is in the Surrey Heath district of Surrey.
