Much of St. Mary's church dates from the rebuilding in 1843, however there are parts that date back to the mid 17th century.
The Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Index includes some 2,400 names taken from Clarke's 1934 survey. We also have a copy of Bax's Survey ca 1890.
