St. Michael's church is a Chapel of EaseA daughter church within an ecclesiastical Parish, or a chapel in an outlying area of the parish that is more convenient for parishioners to attend in the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which, until the 19th century, had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Shalford St. Mary the Virgin. There is no graveyard.

The monumental inscriptions for St Mary Shalford were noted by Robert Mesley in 1975. There are 578 names in the Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Index for Shalford plus 3 war graves.

Parts of the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which, until the 19th century, had both ecclesiastical and civil functions Shalford St. Mary were merged into new parishes:
WSFHS CD10(Surrey Burial Index) has burial records for WSFHS CD15(Surrey Baptisms Not in the IGI) has baptismal records for Bramley Holy Trinity from 1811 to 1840.

There is a civil cemetery in Shalford

of Shalford in the Guildford district of Surrey.
