The present St. Jude's church was built ca. 1926 to replace a mission church in Stanley Grove. The present church is dedicated to St Jude with St. Aidan. It seems that St. Aidan's was a Church Army hall used for worship from ca. 1964. The hall closed ca. 1978 and is now housing.

The new ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. There does not seem to have been a graveyard at St. Jude's. However there are some 279 names in the Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Index for Croydon Christ Church dating from 1852 to 1882. They were collected in 1883

West Surrey Family History Society CD10 (The Surrey Burial Index) has burial records for Croydon Christ Church from 1853 to 1867.

WSFHS CD15(Surrey Baptisms Not in the IGI) has baptismal records for Croydon Christ Church from 1852 to 1875.

Croydon St. John the Baptist
West Surrey Family History Society CD10 (The Surrey Burial Index) has burial records for Croydon St. John the Baptist from 1538 to 1852.

WSFHS CD12 (Croydon Parish Registers to 1753 and Croydon Monumental Inscriptions to 1882) has Christenings, Marriages and burials for Croydon St. John the Baptist from 1538 to 1753.

WSFHS CD15(Surrey Baptisms Not in the IGI) has baptismal records for Croydon St. John the Baptist from 1538 to 1720, 1765 to 1799 and 1859 to 1876.
