The church was built ca 1896 and closed ca 2003. In around 1901 it was renamed Hindhead Free Church. We do not think that there was a graveyard.

The chapel is in the Church of England ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church.
