The first Wesleyan Methodist chapel in Warlingham was built ca. 1839 in Leas Road although we haven't been able to trace the exact location. This was replaced by a building on the corner of Lingfield Road and Chapel Road around 1871, this is the building pictured. This building closed ca. 1960 when it was replaced by the present Methodist Church in Lingfield Road (http://bournesoc.org.uk/bslivewp/wp-content/uploads/Warlingham_history.pdf) The was no graveyard at the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel. However older burials may have taken place at the (Anglican) Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which, until the 19th century, had both ecclesiastical and civil functions church of Warlingham All Saints WSFHS CD10(The Surrey Burial Index - 2nd edition 2009) has burial records for Warlingham All Saints from 1678 to 1865.
