Former Baptist Chapel, Outwood

There is some evidence of services being held in the early 1700s. However it was not until 1834 that a permanent chapel was built. It was enlarged around 1847. The building was sold in 1979 and is now a private residence. There was a small graveyard (Baptist Quarterly, April 1983, p90).
