St Andrew's Mission was a licensed place of worship in the modern ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England
of Mortlake with East Sheen. It was built in the early 1920s using an army surplus "Nissan" type hut.
The mission closed ca. 1975 and the building was redundant. It was sold for housing around 1990. Langdale Close now runs though the site of the former mission. The modern parish comprises the churches of Mortlake St Mary the Virgin, All Saints East Sheen and Christ Church East Sheen

The church is in the Church of England Diocese of Southwark. The Southwark Diocesan Record Office for churches and parishes in the modern administrative county of Surrey, and those London Boroughs that were in Surrey until 1965, is the Surrey History Centre. This is where you should find any surviving parish registers, East Sheen is in the London Borough of Richmond
