The inscriptions in the Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Library were noted by Arthur Ridley Bax (1844-1918) in September 1890. Bax's notebooks are in the Library of Surrey Archaeological Society. They were filmed and transcribed by volunteers from West Surrey Family History Society and are used with permission. There are around 280 entries in the Name Index which range from 1701 to 1944.
