Visited in 2007, well beyond village, sharp turn off A286 heading south just before brow of low hill – National Trust car park just beyond entrance. Possibly opened 1911 covering about 3 acres. Old map at entrance showing about 300 burials in a quarter of the area – now over 80% full. Area on right of gatehouse shown as being used but appears clear in reality. Country hedges and fences round it but nice arched gateway/gatehouse. Small shrubs on exposed site. 2 Sections of war graves – mainly Canadians in WWI section. WWII mixed. Two unsafe memorials staked and labelled.
