The chapel was built around 1865 and went out of use around 1906. It is now a private house.

Bowlhead Green is in the ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England of Thursley St. Michael.

Bowlhead is a village in Thursley (civil) parisha Civil Parish is the bottom most tier of local government in England Sometimes called Town Councils in urban areas
