The Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Library has no records for Badshot St George

Badshot St George was created from the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which, until the 19th century, had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Farnham St Andrew in 1921. Badshot Lea Cemetery is on the edge of the village


West Surrey Family History Society CD10(Surrey Burial Index) has burial records for
WSFHS CD15(Surrey Baptisms Not in the IGI - 2nd edition 2009) has Baptismal records for: St.Thomas on The Bourne from 1874-1876;

WSFHS CD24(A 2nd Collection of Surrey Baptisms) has Baptismal records for the Farnham Bible Christian Circuit from 1839-1874.

WSFHS CD42(Ancient Parishes in the Farnham District) has Baptismal records for Farnham St Andrew from 1539 to 1840 and Burial records from 1539 to 1840.

The church is in the Anglican Diocese of Guildford. The Guildford Diocesan Record Office, where you should find any surviving registers for this parish, is the Surrey History Centre.


Badshot Lea is a locality in Farnham which is a (civil) parisha Civil Parish is the bottom most tier of local government in England Sometimes called Town Councils in urban areas

in the Waverley district of Surrey.
