The church of the Holy Family, Heath End is associated with the Holy Angels Church in Ash and was originally part of the Roman Catholic ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England of Farnham St Polycarp (now St Joan of Arc)

The church is in the Anglican ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England of Hale St John the Evangelist which became a separate parish in 1845 and was formerly part of the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Farnham St Andrew.

A daughter church of St John the Evangelist: Upper Hale St Mark is at the other end of the road in which the Holy Family Church is situated.

The Surrey Monumental Inscriptions Index has around has around 1017 names for Farnham St Andrew ranging from the mid 1700s to the 1930s, and just over 520 entries for Hale St John.
