The Monumental Inscriptions in the Parish Church were copied by Tim and Alison Wilcock in 1980-1981. Only those inscriptions in the church and the older part of the churchyard were copied. There are just over 300 names in the Surrey MI Index.

Part of the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Dunsfold St. Mary was merged into the new ecclesiastical parishan ecclesiastical parish is an administrative area within the Church of England or Roman Catholic church. It is distinct from the civil parish, a local government unit in England of Graffham St Andrew in 1863. Bramley and Graffham St Andrew are now a united benefice.

Dunsfold St Mary and All Angels is part of the United Beneficean united benefice is a union of two or more Church of England parishes which remain distinct legal entities but share an Incumbant of Dunsfold and Hascombe

There is also a Baptist Chapel in Dunsfold.
